Our Story

From a Sanskrit ideal to enterprise AI infrastructure.

Bodhitva was founded on a simple belief: the most consequential decisions in business deserve better tools — tools built on clarity, fairness, and measurable outcomes.

Why We Started

A name rooted in purpose.

The name "Bodhitva" comes from the Sanskrit concept of enlightenment — the moment of deep clarity that transforms understanding into action.

We saw that across enterprises, the most human-intensive decisions — hiring, assessment, selection — were also the most inconsistent, the hardest to audit, and the slowest to improve.

We didn't start with a technology thesis. We started with a problem: organizations deserve AI that makes their most important decisions more transparent, not more opaque.

The Journey

From insight to infrastructure.

What we learned first

Hiring was the highest-stakes, highest-volume decision workflow where speed, fairness, and quality had to coexist. This became the proving ground for HyreSure — our first and flagship platform.

We learned that enterprise buyers don't want AI magic — they want AI they can explain to their legal team, their candidates, and their board.

What we build now

AI-native workflow systems that blend structured human judgment with machine intelligence. Every system we ship includes governance controls, explainability layers, and measurable outcome tracking.

We're not building tools that replace human decisions. We're building infrastructure that makes human decisions clearer and more consistent.

Our Principles

How we think about building.

Clarity over complexity

Every feature must improve decision confidence and reduce process ambiguity. If it adds complexity without clarity, it doesn't ship.

Ethics by design

Fairness, explainability, and auditability at the architecture level — not bolted on later as a compliance checkbox.

Outcome discipline

We measure success by cycle time reduction, quality improvement, and cost per decision — not by feature count or AI buzzword density.
